The Crisis Management Masterclass is Resilience Guard's one day executive workshop on leading through a serious crisis, anchored on ISO 22361, built and delivered by practitioners who have personally led crises inside major organisations.
The masterclass takes your leadership team from what a crisis really is and the duties that now sit with the board, through the discipline of the first hour and the decisions and personal liability of those who lead it, to the communications that decide the public outcome. It runs as a strategic spine for directors and senior leaders, with an operational annexe for the people who will sit in the crisis cell.
It closes with a live tabletop exercise that puts the whole day under pressure, so your team leaves having practised, not just listened.
