BCP IT/DR is DRI International's two day IT Disaster Recovery Planning workshop, delivered by Resilience Guard as an accredited DRI provider: an interactive programme on the DR professional's responsibilities, the tools and technologies available, and how to build, test and implement the IT/DR process within business continuity management.
You will learn about your responsibilities, the benefits and drawbacks of the tools and processes available to you, and how your organisation can increase its preparedness. The workshop covers the full technology landscape, from physical and virtual platforms through cloud, co-location, hyperconvergence and VDI to the as a Service models and software defined storage, network and data centre, and how each affects recovery times and cost.
If you work in business continuity, IT, security or a related field and have an interest in your IT/DR responsibilities, this workshop is for you. If it has been a while since you were last certified, it is also the ideal way to get on top of the latest developments in the field.
